No. Mutation events trigger on all-time-high market cap and are permanent. Once a form is unlocked, it stays unlocked.
What is "Migration"?
When a pump.fun token completes its bonding curve (~$30K market cap), it automatically migrates to a full decentralized exchange and its liquidity is burned. That moment is our second mutation trigger.
