Overview

$EVO is a meme coin on Robinhood Chain — Robinhood's Ethereum Layer 2 — built around a single idea: a creature that evolves with the market cap.

The specimen — currently an egg — is held in a containment chamber on the observation deck. As the community pushes the market cap past fixed milestones, the specimen mutates into its next form, live, in front of everyone. Six mutation events stand between the egg and its final form at $1M. Nobody, including the team, reveals what a form looks like before its milestone is hit.

Mutation mechanics

Fixed thresholds

The ladder is published from day one and never changes: $10K → $30K → $100K → $250K → $500K → $1M. No moving goalposts, no surprise stages, no team discretion.

All-time-high locking

Mutations trigger on all-time-high market cap and are permanent. If the market cap touches $10K and pulls back, the specimen stays hatched. A red candle can never undo an evolution.

Classified until triggered

Locked forms appear only as silhouettes in the specimen records. The last two stages are sealed even deeper — no silhouette, no data, nothing. Each milestone is a genuine reveal event for the entire community.

Where does it trade?

The evolution ladder

Designations are declassified as each trigger is reached. Stages marked NO DATA have not been observed in any form — even their silhouettes are unknown.

Live telemetry

The observation deck tracks the market cap automatically once the token is live:

• Market cap is fetched from DexScreener and refreshed every few seconds — so mutation events happen on-screen close to real time.
• The incubation bar shows progress from the current stage to the next trigger.
• The vitals monitor beats faster as the specimen approaches its next mutation.
• Evolutions lock at the highest market cap ever observed, so brief dips never revert a form.

Mutation events

When a threshold is crossed, the chamber runs a mutation sequence: a containment flash, followed by the transformation itself — the current form visibly evolves into the next one inside the tube. Anyone watching the site at that moment sees it happen live; the specimen records update everywhere at once.

After a mutation, the new form remains under continuous observation in the chamber — it idles, breathes, and blinks. The previous forms stay on file in the specimen records permanently.

The experiment has no fixed schedule — the community sets the pace. The path is simply the ladder itself:

• First mutations — $10K hatches the specimen; $30K reveals its third form.
• Deep observation — $100K through $500K reveal forms no one has seen.
• Final form — at $1M the experiment concludes with the last reveal, and the full evolution line is on file forever.
